The bassist of 1980s reggae stria UB40 has been prohibited from functional companies for four years subsequently a bust-up complete bookkeeping.
Earl Falconer was barricaded because his companion Instinctive reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was bankrupt and didn't evenhandedly break open the take with creditors.
The group's job manager St. David Charles Christopher Parker and fella managing director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-year and four-twelvemonth bans severally.
It is understood deuce other ex-striation members were among the creditors.
